Technically put: Insolia Flex dramatically improves foot flexion and efficiency with a precisely engineered asymetrical depression that allows the foot’s pivot point, the ball of the foot, to function as it was meant to by dropping, which then causes the arch to lift. This allows the foot to flex naturally and push off efficiently to lift the body and move forward. This increases the efficiency of walking so much that testing has shown reduced oxygen demand and greater stride length.
Insolia Flex can be implemented in various ways to meet your needs, regardless of shoe construction. A typical application would use the Insolia Flex Component which is in the form of an insole supplement. The Component is glued, before lasting, to the insole board, or the sock, along with the surrounding foam. No changes to lasts or styling are required. The Insolia Flex Component comes in five sizes that cover men's and women's shoes in all size scales (EU, US, UK, Asia).

Insolia Flex is for use in any men’s or women’s shoes, boots, sandals, athletic shoes and hiking shoes, with no heel or heels 35 mm or lower.
Insolia Flex comes in two product forms:
- A small insole supplement to be added to the insole board or sock before lasting, along with any foam being glued to the insole board or sock.
- A CAD electronic file so as to add Insolia Flex to any type (EVA, PU, Open Cell, etc.) of molded insole or foot bed.
